What this adds

CI workflow (`.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml`)

Runs on push/PR to master
Builds backend + frontend
Runs tests
Requires a Forgejo Runner to be installed

Release workflow (`.forgejo/workflows/release.yml`)

Triggers on tag pushes (v*)
Builds backend-exec.jar and frontend.jar
Attaches them to the Forgejo release

Local release script (`scripts/release.sh`)

Replaces release-please for the Forgejo workflow
Usage: bash scripts/release.sh [patch|minor|major]
Bumps pom.xml, tags, and prepares next dev cycle

Branch protection

Master now requires PRs to merge
Only you can approve merges
