Both scorers take opts.priority of damage, balanced or defense. It scales the offensive and defensive groups rather than switching which stats are read, so a piece that is simply better stays better either way: damage is off x1.25 / def x0.55, defense the reverse, balanced unchanged. Nothing changes for existing callers, which get balanced by default. equip_plan.js takes it as a fourth argument and defaults to damage. Also adds a corrections layer. Eleven rental rows were scraped only partially, and the Lv315 Legendary Ethereal Rapier of Slaughter was the one that mattered: its record held Attack Accuracy and Crit and nothing else, so it lost on stats it actually has. references/rental-corrections.json carries per-id overrides transcribed from the item's own detail page, applied after conversion, and clears the partialScrape flag for rows it fixes. Real values: Parry 236.6, three primary attributes rather than two, Weapon Damage 1607, base rolls averaging 93%. With the record fixed and damage priority on, that rapier leads the mainhand at 4120 against 3902 for the Ethereal Axe of Slaughter and 3876 for the Ethereal Wakizashi of the Nimble, whose advantage was parry.
