🛠️ Verified Release Workflow Fix

Directly verified end-to-end inside an ubuntu:24.04 Docker container:

  1. Added xdg-utils (provides /usr/bin/xdg-open required by linuxdeploy AppImage bundler).
  2. Fixed rustup-init target flag syntax and used rustup target add x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.
  3. Verified complete generation of .deb, .rpm, .AppImage, standalone Linux binary, and standalone Windows .exe.
