User Story

As a supervisor, I need to view the breakdown of officers by area, make in-place name edits or removals, and track the staffing deficit against the required 24 posts.

Acceptance Criteria

4 distinct summary cards: Command Leadership, Gamas, Red Points, and Parking Lots.
subcomponent allowing in-place name editing with real-time map pin synchronization.
In-place deletion of an officer with immediate removal of the corresponding map pin.
Real-time metric banner calculating .
Deficit indicator highlighted in red when posts are missing, and green upon reaching 100% coverage.
