User Story

As a duty supervisor, I need an intuitive sidebar with forms to select the shift (DIURNO / NOCTURNO) and assign security officers to each post quickly.

Acceptance Criteria

Dropdown selector to switch between DIURNO and NOCTURNO shifts.
Header banner with active officers count and localized date display.
Command leadership form with auto-capitalization across all 8 roles.
Dropdowns for Gamas, Rojos, and Parking that automatically disable already assigned zones to prevent duplicates.
component that auto-capitalizes words while preserving cursor position.
Reset shift button with confirmation dialog.
