Focused operator and supervisor door operations
Simplify the Operator workspace to doors and alarms; introduce a dedicated Supervisor role (also accessible to admins) for existing-door management, human-recorded status where HikCentral telemetry is unreliable, a separate staff directory, open-time reports, exclusions, and labels. Umbrella: #187. Prerequisite: #197 (role authorization: deny Operator statistics and enforce authentication on every route), made a blocker by the maintainer on 2026-10-03, since the Operator and Supervisor workspaces depend on correct per-role route authorization. Child issues remain needs-triage; link existing #72 only if triage makes it a prerequisite. No due date.
