Follow-ups from review pass 2 of PR #265 (r54). None blocks Milestone 3, so this stays outside it.

  1. docs/architecture/agent-test-validation-policy.md drops three clauses that #217 decision record (comment 4305) marks confirmed:
    • D1 lists merge blockers as failed, pending or missing CI (policy says only failed or pending).
    • D9: a subset pass cannot certify the full suite.
    • D16: related open test issues are linked as examples, kept separate from what the research PR delivered.
  2. Policy line 6 is about 120 columns wide; the rest of the file wraps at about 80.
  3. The policy references should list #238 and #240 once their briefs are reconciled. That reconciliation is a P2 in PR #218's pass-2 review, so #218 owns it, not this issue.

  • The policy states D1, D9 and D16 in full.
  • Policy line 6 is rewrapped.
  • The policy references list #238 and #240.
