Problem

Opening the EVENT_LOGS deck (F7) throws ReferenceError: loadEventLogs is not defined in the browser. On master (fc5e027), switchTab in app/static/js/app.js calls loadEventLogs() for the logs deck, but no such function is defined anywhere in app/static. The deck opens, but whatever that loader was meant to fetch never loads.

Found while verifying #173 in Chromium; #173 does not change this code path.

Acceptance

Opening EVENT_LOGS raises no page error.
Either the deck's data loads through a defined loader, or the dead call is removed if the panel populates itself elsewhere. Check git log -S loadEventLogs for the removed implementation.
A frontend or browser test covers switching to the logs deck without errors.
