Deferred from the statistics deck v1 (decision 2026-09-25, RFC #80 §6.3).
Unattended wallboard mode: the deck runs hands-off on a screen and rotates periods. Needs its own design: auto-refresh when a new period closes, rotation timing (config, no magic numbers), keeping the display awake, and a login/session that does not expire on an unattended screen.

Deferred and outside current scope. Keep this issue open as a record that unattended wallboard mode remains on the table; wontfix here means no implementation in the current effort, not permanent rejection. Revisit through a dedicated design interview covering rotation, refresh, display wakefulness and unattended session policy.
