The repo defines no lint or test scripts; npm run build is the only health check (per README).

Proposed:

  • Add astro check as a typecheck script (Astro/TS type validation).
  • Add a linter (ESLint or Biome) + lint script.
  • Wire CI on pull requests with Forgejo Actions — the VPS already runs a forgejo-runner. Pull requests live on this Forgejo instance, not on GitHub (see ADR-0001); the GitHub remote is a backup mirror only, so GitHub Actions is not the target. CI should run typecheck + build.

Acceptance: npm run typecheck and npm run lint exist and pass; CI runs them + npm run build on every PR.

Also include a docs-drift check (from the PR #6 review): a script that compares the route counts in docs/routes.md against the getStaticPaths output and fails CI on mismatch, so the inventory can't silently drift from src/.
