The production site and the Forgejo issue tracker (git.gaboggamer.online) currently have no monitoring — the VPS runs ~40 Docker services behind Caddy with no uptime/health/alerting stack.

Scope to decide (triage):

  • Tool choice: Uptime Kuma (simple, self-hostable in the existing Docker/Caddy setup) vs Prometheus + Grafana + node_exporter (metrics-heavy).
  • Targets: the deployed folletos site URL, git.gaboggamer.online, and optionally the other public endpoints.
  • Alert channel: email (Stalwart is already on the box), n8n webhook, etc.

Acceptance: an up/down check on the folletos site + Forgejo with an alert on failure.

Note: separately, supabase-pooler on the VPS is crash-looping (ulimit RLIMIT_NOFILE permission error) — out of scope for this repo but worth fixing on the host.
